Summary: 3 of us were on a family trip together with a dog, so only pet-friendly options were available for us to choose to stay for the weekend.
Pros: The place was kept very clean with friendly owner!
Cons: The pictures I looked at online were little different from the actual place I stayed at. Therefore, the sincerity was little questionable. For ex) There was no sofa at my place but yhe picture showes otherwise. My assumption is that the room with more than 4+ would have that option.

Summary: Clean and in a great location. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Futons for sleeping, but there were plenty to make it comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and are already considering making another trip!

Summary: Clean house in a great location. Close to the city and the beach, an easy drive to parks and hiking. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. For westerners: futon beds, so that means sleeping on the floor, but the hosts had plenty of bedding to make it comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We are already considering going back for another stay!

Summary: Spent one night here as the leader of a group of high-schoolers en route to Ulleungdo and Dokdo. It's a trek from the bus station to this place (best if you have a rental car or your own), and the taxi drivers had trouble finding it because local addresses have been changed recently. This place's building number is 278-1, not the one given in the Expedia ad. However, once we figured out the problem and got there, we found a landlady who went above and beyond to help us. She even gave us free rides to the nearest beach area (half of our group at a time) in her SUV and later set up a drying rack outside for the boys' swimming clothes and made sure we had the phone number of the only take-out chicken shop that would deliver that far out of town. Clean, quiet (the boys opted for a nighttime walk along the dark roads, first admiring the stars--which we can't see in Seoul--and then finding multiple ways to scare the bejeebers out of each other before we got back), and a good place to rest away from the beehives of other tourists. Just make sure you've got the right address and the owner's cell number handy (call her and hand the phone to the taxi driver, if necessary).
