Positive: Second time we have stayed here. The staff are always very nice, and the room is a good size with comfortable beds. Good room for two adults and two kids. The rooftop pool was shallow, but it was great for a splash, and the kids loved it. The hotel is also right on the beach, with many restaurants and kids' game rooms. Also, the hotel is a very short drive away from crystal clear waters in the Seorak Mountains. We had a lovely time.

Negative: The biggest problem with the hotel is the limited elevators. Only three lifts for all of the rooms. So, many times we had to wait for up to 20 minutes or longer to be able to go up or down in the hotel. Very frustrating when you have hungry kids to feed and you just want to go out to eat.

Summary: Overall, we had a great time at this hotel.
