Positive: 1. Owner was accommodative to our early check-in request (although slow response). 2. It was spacious for family gatherings. 3. Kitchen was well equipped with crockeries and utensils. Provision of extra mattresses. 4. Location was nearby a provision shop & nearby mosques.

Negative: 1. The pool was too deep for kids to swim in. 2. We cld only use 5 rooms (out of 8). Among that 5 rooms, most of the remote controllers for air-cons cldn’t function. One of the air-cons in the room wasn’t functioning and cld barely feel the ceiling fan. Cld not expect immediate assistance on this. I felt bad for my guests! 3. The flooring was greasy and our feets were black. 4. Backyard was full of ants. 5. The TV and aircon at upper level living hall cld not be used at all. 6. Overall maintenance was poor & in-house helper couldn’t help much.

Summary: It wld hv been perfect if the house is well-maintained.
