The outdoor dining area, located on the porch, will be the perfect place to extend your evenings after preparing a delicious barbecue while the children play on the playground. The villa is fenced and privacy is total.
Inside, the house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room, which is equipped with TV. The kitchen is open to the dining room, is gas and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, on this floor you will find one of the three bedrooms available. This bedroom has a double bed and a fan. A bathroom with bathtub completes the room. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with AC and double bed. In addition to another terrace, a bathroom with shower serves this floor. You will be able to use the radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
Sant Joan is an ideal destination for those seeking peace and quiet and contact with nature. The area has numerous hiking and cycling routes that allow you to explore the surroundings, as well as the possibility of practising outdoor activities such as fishing or hunting. The nearest beach is in the Bay of Alcúdia and offers crystal clear waters and white sands. Nearby you will find the town of Inca, which is famous for its shoe factories and leather shops.
