Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I booked the room through Booking.com. Initially, the price shown was 280 MYR. However, by the time of payment, the price increased by about 100 MYR and ended up being 384 MYR. I only noticed this at the moment of payment via Apple Pay. The reason for the price increase was not explained to me, so I contacted Booking.com support. The room itself is nice and clean. The bathroom and shower were very clean, and slippers for the pool were provided. There is a great view of Kuala Lumpur city center from the window. The apartment is on a high floor and has access to a swimming pool and a gym. The location is convenient, close to a metro station and a shopping mall. Taxi rides are very affordable and inexpensive. On the downside, there is no proper reception desk. The entire check-in process took place outside, which was uncomfortable due to the heat and humidity. A cash deposit was required. Check-in and check-out were otherwise calm and smooth. Overall, I would recommend this place, but be aware that the accommodation price may change. I would rate the stay 4 out of 5.
