Positive: Everything basically the house can fit to 6-7 people and will sure repeat again if I come to KL. The host is helpful too. My cousins and siblings really sleep like a log. All rooms got aircond and fan and the bed is comfy. They got smart tv and fully quipped kitchen tools

Negative: Since its located in residence area, the parking is limited but can park in front of the house so no issue
