Positive: New apartments that are quite centrally located but could do with some minor adjustments..a fridge would be great and better chairs on the veranda! The apartment was quite new and very clean and well kept..bathroom the same. Room has wardrobe, bed, small table and a wooden washing stand in there and thats it basically but in comparison to the prices of the other places we thought it was ok value. Contrary to what some of the reviews say there is hot water and you do get given towels and loo roll!! The apartment is just behind the Ombok diving restaurant and complex..we ended up at another hotel asking directions but if you get off the boat jetty on coral beach and just walk as if you are doing only the Ombok restaurant then you will see a path alongside..take that for about 4 mins and you will come to the Ocean Boys restaurant for check in. The apartments are going up the hill towards the long beach path so there is some noise from people going past but not too much. From our apartment to long beach was about a 15 minute uphill and uneven walk which wasn't the best but we saw a couple of monitor lizards on the way which was nice! We ate one night at the restaurant attached Ocean Boys..which was nice food nothing fancy but good atmosphere and we had breakfast both mornings which was good also well cooked and well priced.

Negative: Nothing especially room would be great with a fridge in there and then also some comfort seats on the veranda as it's nice to sit out there but seats get uncomfortable after a while. Nothing was a showstopper though.

Summary: Nice clean neat apartment with fab Aircon!
