Summary: We found the staff to be very off hand, seemed like we were an inconvenience. The only friendly team member was the chambermaid. Constant over powering smell of air freshener, in the lobby lift and corridors , this was throughout our stay. Scheduled building work we were not told of this prior to coming? Simply told there will be noise and there is nothing they can do about it We ordered a breakfast box as we were on an early trip, the evening before I tried to cancel as our trip was moved to a later time, was told no, meaning we could not even get a drink before we left
