Modern 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom house with shared pool surrounded by well maintained tropical garden. Built in February 2016. Only 400m to Lamai beach. Total space is about 9x9 m = 81 m2 6 foot king size beds. Flat screen TV with HDMI connectors connected to cable TV.. Safe to store valuables. Air conditioner in bedrooms and living room. Electric ceiling fan in living room. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. Microwave oven. Hot water kettle. Toaster. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Modern bathrooms with hot water shower. Wifi connected to 200 mbit fiber internet. Private parking for your car or motorbike. Access to shared pool. Change of linen and towels are done 1 time per week. You are expected to clean the house yourself, or we can arrange a cleaner to do it at a cost of THB 500 per time. There are coin operated washing machines near this property where you can do your laundry. Laundry and iron service is also available. The owner lives at a house nearby. She will give you the keys when you arrive, and you can contact her for any issues. I am available 24 hours by phone and chat apps. I will also email you recommendations about places to visit and locations of many restaurants where we local Thai people eat. Situated in quiet side road in downtown Lamai. You won't need a motorbike to get around. Most things in center of Lamai will be within short walking distance of less than 1 km. Every Sunday there is Lamai night market which is only 300m away. You can find lots of delicious street food. 400 m to Lamai beach 700 m to Lamai center and Tesco shopping mall 8 km to Chaweng 16 km to Maenam 12 km to airport 20 km to ferry pier in Nathon The price does not include electricity usage. You pay THB 7 per unit. If you have on air conditioner only at night while you sleep, then it should be about 3000 per month. Change of linen and towels are done 1 time per week. You are expected to clean the house yourself, or we can arrange a cleaner to do it at a cost of THB 500 per time. The owners requires a security deposit of THB 10000, which will be returned to you when you move out. You can also pay in equivalent amount in any other currency and you will get them back.
