Summary: ROOM: We stayed in the Premium room with sauna and balcony. (+): It was large and spacious to fit 5 people (2A3C). Loved that our room had a washer/dryer which helped tremendously. Microwave and kitchenette bonuses. Setup beautiful except we wish there was a separation between shower and access to toilet. Instructions accessible. (-): Somewhat clean, found food wrappers in between cushions upon checkin, which made me question cleanliness of room. Had stains on the couch cushions. Bathtub faucet WOULD NOT give hot water… I think it was plumbed incorrectly. Iron in room needs to be upgraded. Would not properly iron any clothing straight, if at all. Overall, I would recommend this hotel though. Walking distance to 2 stations for the Ginza line and to the Asakusa station. Clise to Senso-ji Temple and Don Qui. Staff helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my LV purse in the common bathroom at the front and they kept it safe for me.
