Positive: I stayed on a public holiday. The hotel looks a bit rundown, but the rooms are fine. A bit small, a shade larger than APA. It is a bit far from the fish market and British Consulate, but I had a car, so no trouble. I asked for a sea or water view, they said that was not possible. But I ended up with a partial view of the water (room 611)

Negative: A bit pricy, probably cos of the public holiday. Seedy area with a lot of rundown “snacks”. As close as you get to skid row in Japan - but felt totally safe.
