Summary: I was a bit concerned prior to check in as I’d travelled a long distance and had no information re check in process. Was advised no concierge. Was relieved when I arrived and there was a receptionist who called the person I needed to speak to. Straightforward from then on. Room was nice. Clean and modern. Room could be improved by having a full length mirror. I was told this had previously been requested but still not provided. Would have liked a hairdryer. Also, couldn’t get the TV to work. A handrail to help climb the steep steps to the loft bed would have also been helpful.
