Positive: Spacious. No smell. Amenities like AC, washer and dryer. Location with cafes, restaurants, and easy access to public transport (Tokyo Station <30min). Very friendly host. Private feeling, no neighbor noise. Great instructions. Smart TV. Easy check in and out. Large bins. Large kitchen sink. Two bathroom sinks. Extremely comfortable beds and bed sheets. Very soft towels.

Negative: Fresh towels had a slight smell. Noise insulation towards the street wasn’t great, no problem for sleeping in the 2F though!

Summary: Well worth the money if you don’t want to stay in a tiny hotel room for your stay in Tokyo!
