Summary: A little off the beaten path in Yufuin, this little ryokan is charming and has a wonderful staff but feels a little dated and might not offer the amenities of more modern places. However, the value is great, the rooms surprisingly spacious and the onsen (with outdoors and indoors options) small but very enjoyable.
