Summary: It was pretty far from the Narita Airport. They said they had hotel shuttle services HOWEVER not very many. I had to take a cab to get there and it did cost me about $50. The hours for Onsen was so odd and not open in the morning. I could not use their Onsen. The breakfast was ok. I would not stay there anymore.
