Positive: The reception & concierge were always helpful. We are Muslims so changing alcohol in the free daily refill to plum juice or coke was easily done. Very grateful for the help. Also, asking about how to get frm hotel to airport was easy. Called the reception 10mins before checking out & as we went down, the car was ready (slightly expensive then through apps like klook etc but easy). Not to mention we didn't have to go up to Level 6 (reception area to check out). We stayed at Level 3, we just said we're going down & left our keys to the concierge as a left for the airport. Easy in & out. Plus, its at the centre of Myeongdong. Nothing else to complain. Everything is within walking distance including bus or railroad (public transport). Would stay here again in the future. Would recommend to family who frequently needs to get back home to hotel to freshen up or get a change of clothes or just to drop shopping off.

Negative: Uber/ grab/ kride does not pick up or drop off at front of hotel. We have to walk to the hotel 50m away. This was only during airport to hotel transfer. As the hotel signage may not be visible at first. Only after we were at the hotel did we visibly see the hotel signage. Getting to the hotel must be light (baggages), the road is not flat. Has grooves, so rolling 3 luggages is not easy even if it is only 50m (less than that).
