Can Morei is a two-storey house for 6 in a privileged location on the mountain overlooking the pretty village of Vilafranca de Bonany and offering also spectacular views across the whole of the central island plain "Plà de Mallora".
Villa
The whole house is airy and flooded by light. The entrance leads you into the open living and dining area, where you can relax on the comfy sofa watching wall-mounted LCD TV in front of the imposing large fireplace whilst looking out over the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is a mixture of traditional and modern furnishings well equipped and has also offers a separate breakfast area and direct access to the terrace with a side view of Vilafranca. The terrace on the ground floor serves as a relaxation zone and also for cosy evenings. Also, on ground floor there is a small guest toilet. Two beautiful bedrooms, one room has a double bed and the other with two single beds, both furnished with built-in wardrobes which provide ample storage and direct access to terrace. The bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The whole of the upper storey is occupied by the master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom offers a desk for anyone who needs to keep up on work, a private flat-screen TV, armchair and an additional sofa bed. Not to mention the spacious private balcony terrace. The large bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
Exterior
The outdoor area behind the house with its Mediterranean vegetation is very charming, very quiet and relaxing and has a breath-taking view of the natural garden and the countryside. The main terrace has a portable BBQ poly-rattan furniture, a relaxation zone and ideal place for the family, reading your favourite book or having delicious dinners outside. Ideal to enjoy the long, sunny summer days. On the right-hand side, with views over the village, a second spacious sun terrace which also has table and chairs. In front of this terrace is the spacious pool area with a natural stone sun terrace, the inviting rectangular pool with roman steps for easy access offers six sun loungers and one or two parasols to provide shade.

The village has many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a bank and also a theatre "Teatre Municipal de Vilafranca". Every Wednesday there is a market on the main square "Plaza Mayor". Other points of interest are the caves "Cuevas del Drach" and the wonderful beach of Porto Cristo which is located about 25 kilometers away. The nearest major town of Manacor, also known under the name of the City of Pearls, is located just 11 kilometers away where there is also a train station.
