Positive: I was very happy staying here. Booked for Deluxe Room with window - Queen bed, a tv, a mini fridge, a very cold and quite AC, a kettle + cups, complimentary 3-1 coffee sachets, a bottle of mineral water, two towels, a coffee table with 1 chair and private bathroom with hot shower. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and the room was quiet day and night despite being on the ground floor facing the road. Everything made my stay enjoyable. The Malaysian reception staff were professional, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay. There are clinics, shops, and restaurants located behind the hotel. I would gladly stay here again

Negative: 1) The non-Malaysian staff I encountered had difficulty understanding basic Malay or English, so for assistance I needed to go to the reception. 2) There was no in-room telephone provided. Having a phone in the room would have been helpful. 3) It would be helpful if the room had a proper space and hangers for hanging clothes. 4) The shower water was on the warm side, even at maximum temperature. A hotter option would have been more comfortable. 5) The fridge was not even chilled nor cold at all and could be improved.
