Summary: Do not recommend. Staff was incredible and also helped us to stay an additional night to meet our needs (star) Room service was above average (additional star). But the room however, was not what was advertised. Literally the room was much different than pictured. Shower-head was very broken and hardly useable. Light above vanity was broken making Vanity space unusable and I could not do makeup. All hair products were broken and unusable. Light-switches only exist ON the bed across the room, meaning we navigated in the dark forever until we realized. PlayStation did not exist. Projector did not exist. These were amenities highly advertised in this posting and all around the hotel, and what pushed us to stay here over other hotels. Just. Not what was advertised. Unfortunately, given how great the staff is, I would not recommend if you want any of the amenities advertised in the posting or all over the hotel.
