Modern country house with spectacular sea views and private pool. Finca Miramar is set in a very privileged location above the small village of Son Servera and enjoys peaceful tranquillity and marvellous vies over the east coast and up to the medieval village of Artà. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 4 adults and 2 children.
The small town of Son Servera is located off the coast, close to Cala Millor and has a nice village centre, shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. The seaside resort Cala Millor offers evening entertainment, beaches and a wide variety of leisure and sports facilities. The beaches of Cala Ratjada, Canyamel and the historic centre of Artà are in easy travelling distance. The house itself is set on the top of a mountain, approx. 4,5 km from Son Servera.
Finca Miramar is furnished in a modern, comfortable style and enjoys a lot of natural light throughout. The views of the coastline through the large panorama windows are spectacular.
Ground floor: Large living-/dining area with open fireplace, large fully furnished kitchen, ample bedroom with double bed and private veranda, adjoining bathroom (shower and bathtub).
First floor: Ample bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite (shower) and dressing room, one bedroom for children with an additional pull-out bed for a second child.
The house has central heating and is available all year.
Finca Miramar has a large patio, a nice pool with sun terraces and a garden with Mediterranean plants and flowers. Sunbeds and parasols are provided. All terraces enjoy marvellous views of the coastline. There is a BBQ next to the patio.

For groups, where all travellers are under the age of 25, there will be a deposit of 600 € due on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure following an inspection of the property.
