There are a few neighbours around. This cottage offers accommodation on 260m2 and two floors; decorated in a homelike and rustic way. The ground floor has an invitingly sitting room with satellite-TV and garden views, where you can have a little siesta. The dining room with access to the garden is just perfect for a family-dinner. The kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped. There's a bedroom with double bed, one shower bath, one bathroom with bath tub and a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The first floor consists of a small living room, one bedroom with double bed and bath en-suite with big bath tub, two rooms with two single beds each, one with a bunk bed and a shower bathroom. All bedrooms provide A/C and wardrobes; three of them on the upper floor have access to a terrace overlooking the garden. Additionally, there's A/C in both living rooms and in the dining area. We can supply up to two cots and two high chairs upon request. Cas Concos forms part of the municipality of Felanitx, situated in the south-east of Mallorca. It's close to the chapel of San Salvador, nice for a half-day trip. The village of Felanitx offers everything you may need for your holidays. The house is only 10 km away from splendid beaches, like Cala D'Or, Cala Sa Nau or Cala Figuera.
