The property was renovated in 2014, respecting its history and age, creating a balance between a functional 21st-century home and Mallorcan tradition. The property is located in the Serra de Tramuntana, in an idyllic setting on a fully functioning livestock farm.
The house consists of: entrance hall, large living room, second living room with television, spacious dining room, kitchen with office area. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
