Summary: Unfortunately, I encountered typhoon T10 on my first night in Hong Kong. My room had water leaking from the window. I called reception to report the leaking and quickly the service manager switched me to another room. I was happy with the service they offered and later surprised me with a fruit basket and an apology card. It was very thoughtful on their end. The location is very good as it's close to everything. From many restaurants to the MTR (subway). The safari theme of the hotel is quite fun. The gym on the top floor is quite nice. Equipments are good. Staff is friendly.
