Positive: Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm and courteous hospitality. The staff provided clear and thoughtful explanations regarding the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, which contributed to a pleasant beginning to our stay. Our room had recently been refurbished, and the overall environment felt immaculately clean, modern, and well maintained. The bedding was fresh and comfortable, enabling our children to rest immediately, and the room offered ample space for our family of four. A particularly valuable feature during our stay was the availability of a washing machine and dryer. As laundry can accumulate quickly when travelling with children, having access to these facilities was a considerable benefit. It was also most practical that laundry detergent could be purchased separately at the front desk, allowing us to obtain only the amount we required. We were likewise pleased to find that an iron and ironing board were available upon request. When we discovered that some of our clothing had become creased, the items were promptly delivered by the front desk, which we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. While modest, it was consistently clean, satisfying, and well suited to beginning the day. The kindness shown to our children by the staff further enhanced the warmth and comfort of our stay. Our family’s visit to Seoul was made all the more memorable thanks to the comfort and convenience provided by the Dongdaemun Tourist Hotel. Should we return to Seoul in the future, we would choose this hotel again without hesitation.
