With three terraces you can enjoy the sun all day. The washing machine is in a separate room. Spanish style furnishings; newly furnished bedrooms.

Summary: This house is in a quiet cul-de-sac at the entrance to Cala Figuera, a few minutes walk from the harbour, restaurants etc. To get to some spectacular beaches such as S'Amarador, in the Parc Mondrago, you need to drive about 10 minutes. There is a supermarket in the town and a big Eroski in Santanyi, which is about 5 minutes drive away. The location is excellent for exploring the beaches on the south east coast, you can park the car outside the door. The house itself was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could ever wish to find a holiday house, even good reading lights in all rooms, small but well equipped kitchen, and a separate area for washing sandy clothes, swim suits etc. Washing lines around the house and on the roof for fast drying, clothes horse, clothes pegs etc. Nice terrasses around the house for sitting out. We (2 adults, 2 small children) had cold weather and the house had two portable oil heaters which we used at nighttime. The house is great for small children. The road is extremely quiet and a gate keeps them in. They ran around the terraces all day. Playgrounds seem to be rare in Mallorca, but there is one about 50m from the house. It was a pleasure to stay in this house.
