Located in a very quiet and residential area of Ferreries, right in the center of Menorca, it makes it a strategic and ideal place to have the whole island at your fingertips in a matter of minutes.
The beginnings of the property go back to 1931, although recently it was reformed in an integral way respecting its identity and conserving some original elements.
Casa Maria has a total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, a fabulous patio with barbecue, a roof terrace with panoramic views of the entire town of Ferreries, and a laundry room.
The house is distributed on three levels plus the roof. On the ground floor we find the living room that gives access to the patio, the dining area, the kitchen, a toilet and the laundry room.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds, both with their respective built-in wardrobes.
On the second floor we find another two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. The first room has an extra large double bed and the second room has two single beds.
From this floor you can access the fabulous roof that has incredible views of the entire town. Covered with artificial grass, this area is ideal for use as a solarium and to relax enjoying the Menorcan landscape.
Casa Maria has Smart TV, with international channels and free Netflix service available to customers. It has Internet connection and free WiFi, Radio, CD and DVD player, library area and board games. The property has air conditioning in all levels of the house. It also has a safe in each of the two double rooms.
The town has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants a few meters from the house. A few meters walk from the property there are bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, markets, a medical center, taxi and bus stop, hairdressers etc.
Ferreries is just 7km from the prestigious beach of Cala Galdana and a few kilometers from the rest of beaches, towns and countless places of interest that the island has.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.
