Positive: The house is very nice, it looks exactly like in the pictures (except for the playground, but that wasn't needed since there were four of us adults). It's a great base for exploring in all directions, with the nearest beach about 20 kilometers away, less than a 30-minute drive, and about half an hour to Palma as well. If you value peace and a rural setting, you'll find exactly what you're looking for. You can visit the nearby town of Buger for bread or small shopping (a mini market on Saturdays), or have a drink or a meal at the bar by the church (on Thursdays, it's tapas day, and even in September, you need to reserve a table). The house itself is equipped with everything you need: all kitchen appliances, both a drip coffee maker and a capsule machine, beach towels and bath towels, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on the windows, and insect repellents. There was even a beach umbrella. In the garden, there's a grill, but the only thing missing was a brush to clean the grate. As stated in the description, there's a washing machine, but it seems rarely used, so it would be good if the hosts freshened it up from time to time to get rid of the smell. The house keys are provided through a lockbox by the gate, so it's important to ensure you receive the code before arrival. Midway through our stay, the hosts changed our bedding and towels and cleaned the pool. In one of the reviews, there was a mention of ants, and it's true that they appear on the stairs or the porch, but they don't come into the house. You just need to be careful not to leave any food scraps on the terrace. You can always use the insect spray, which was also provided in the house. As for the hosts, a nice touch was leaving us a welcome gift of a few bananas, a pack of coffee, milk, cookies, and candies. To sum up, we highly recommend staying at Cana Martina!
