This wonderful and rural villa, with private swimming pool and a garden, located near Inca, will make 4 guests feel like at home.
Welcome to this lovely house which disposes of a chlorine 9m x 4.5m and a depth ranging that goes from 1m to 2m. There are six hammocks where you can sunbathe and make the most of the weather as well as spending a wonderful dinner prepared at the barbecue with your loved ones. The trampoline, the table tennis and the basket hoop will entertain kids and adults! Depending of the season, you can pick up fresh fruits from trees,like pomegranates, lemons, oranges and apricots. There are neighbours in the area, but the property is fenced.At the main floor, there is a practical equipped vitro hub kitchen, with A/C, and a comfortable dining room with a satellite TV and DVD. At this same floor you will also find the bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom en suite with a shower and a bath, the second one has a double bed. There is a common use bathroom with a bath as well. The house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron a and iron board.The property is located near Inca, a well connected city by the motorway and the train. Every Thursday, the famous market, celebrated from a few centuries alredy, takes place. You will find many services as supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, and traditional majorcan food restaurants, known as "cellers". As is so close to the mountains, is ideal to do trips over the Tramuntana. We recommend Lluc monastery, Goig Blau reservoir or the legendary Deià, Valldemossa and Sóller villages.
