The key delivery and return (there is a mailbox in case they arrive before the time for the return) schedule is from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. After 10 p.m a supplement of €20 is charged. On Sundays and local holidays the keys are handed over from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on request and charging an extra €20.
Pets are allowed on request and have a surcharge of €25 per stay.
