Beautiful apartment on the seafront (with side view) for 5 people. This apartment is located in a private residence, with a shared outdoor swimming pool and above all, with direct access to the beach (Wifi included).
Located on the first floor of a two-storey building with elevator, this apartment has a master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90X190), a complete bathroom with "walk-in shower" and WC, a large living room dining room. air-conditioned, open to a well-equipped American kitchen (oven/microwave, stove, coffee maker, etc.), and finally a large terrace of around 16m² with awnings (you can access the terrace from the living/dining room and/or the master bedroom).
Important : a compulsory deposit of €400 will be requested on the day of your arrival. Your payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer (consult the detailed payment and return conditions with our agency). It also specifies that an inventory must be carried out each time you enter or leave the accommodation. Once the inventory has been carried out, the tenants will be given the keys to the rented property and any annexes. A management/accompaniment/disinfection package of €19 will also be applied to each reservation. On the day of your departure, we will ask you to leave the rented accommodation clean and in good condition, both the container and the contents. A "key" box will be activated at the entrance of the accommodation for the deposit of the keys at the exit. Please note that check-out must take place before 10am. Otherwise, charges will apply and will be deducted from the security deposit. We appreciate your letting us know your intentions regarding your departure time in advance.
Note : Unless specifically requested, the cleaning of the apartment will be at your expense. In the event of non-compliance with the above, we may deduct the cleaning costs from the deposit previously paid. A tourist tax of 1€/day/person will be applied to over 16s, during the first 7 days of stay. Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included, you can bring your own or rent it with our agency for 12€ per person/stay, on request. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation and its annexes, but some exceptions can be made at your request and after written acceptance by Apartamentos Guardamar (in case of acceptance by our agency a supplement of 5€/day/animal or 30€ /week) . /pet will apply). No payment will be accepted by bank check or holiday voucher.
