Positive: -Location is really great for beach. 3 minutes walk if you cut across the road, 5 through the park. -The pool lovely and kept very clean. -Toni who gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful. -I found the beds comfy. -There is also ample street parking. -A/c worked well in the main space and cooled the whole apartment.

Negative: Some basic amenities were missing. For the price I paid, I would expect there to be salt and pepper as well as sugar, coffee/tea and a bar of soap as well as ample toilet paper. Extra bin bags. Extra pillows and a thin blanket for old have been nice. -The a/c has to stay on all the time and bedroom doors open in order to cool the bedrooms sufficiently, as fans were not enough. -The place was clean, but the sofa smells of cigarettes a little, and therefore covers need cleaning properly to freshen it up. You notice it when you come into the place. -it needs some ambient lighting in the bedrooms and main living space. The lights were quite harsh and unrestful.

Summary: Well located property with a nice pool but in need of some extras.
