Búger is quite idyllic away from all main roads in the north of the island, away from traffic and exhaust fumes. The smallest community in Majorca, in perfect sublimity, sits on the last hill before Sa Pobla's potato fields. Many homeowners in Búger have a magnificent view of the Albufera, the bay of Alcúdia, the mountains of Artà in the north-east as well as the Tramuntana mountains in the west. The Finca is located in the midst of this beautiful idyll, on a very large piece of land with 3 different properties. Each plot is individual and absolutely private. The terrain is divided into the finca "Sestadors de Búger", the finca "Can Mir de Búger" and the finca "Es Rafal Vell de Búger". From here you have fast access to supermarkets, the weekly market in Búger, which takes place every Saturday in front of the town hall. To the nearest beach you can reach the Albufera in the direction Platja de Muro, in only 14 minutes. Here you will find a paradisiacal sandy beach with turquoise blue water.
The outdoor area of "Can Mir" is surrounded by an ancient stone wall and is entered by a typical Mallorcan wooden garden gate. Directly in front of the house is the nice terrace area with sunbeds, dining table and the great equipped barbecue area. On the other side of the 42m² pool are more sunbeds under a shadow-giving sway that can be adjusted at will. So anyone can choose whether he wants to sizzle in the sun or rather relax in the shade. The pool is comfortably walked over steps and is encircled with wooden floor, which is very comfortable for children and senior traveler groups. "Can Mir" is just like the other 2 houses super green located and offers plenty of privacy and peace.
The 250 m² chic interior is impressive when you enter the hall through the glass door. Here you will find an absolutely beautifully furnished living area with a mix of modern and natural materials. Between wooden beams, stone flooring and various wall elements you can enjoy an absolutely modern and high quality living room with stylish furniture and decorating points. On the ground floor there is on the left a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. A lot of large window elements create an open space feeling, which makes the cooking very pleasant. From the hall you get directly into the living room, equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, satellite TV, fireplace, air conditioning and open dining room. The large dining table accommodates 8 adults comfortably. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor, so you do not have to go upstairs. The sleeping area is laid out in the upper part of the house. Here there are 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms en suite. The main bedroom even has a walk-in wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Each bedroom and bathroom shines in its own look and is absolutely comfortable and tastefully designed. Comfort and quality are here to be found. Babybeds, highchairs and free Wifi internet are also provided. At 5StarsHome we like the perfectly coordinated style of rustic and modern.
