What We Love
Step through the warm hallway, hung with an eclectic art collection, drawing you toward the main living space of the home. It opens onto a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, where a run of glass doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. Timber floors and a gallery wall running through almost every room set a relaxed atmosphere, layered with a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture.
The kitchen is fitted with a terrazzo island and benchtops, a cooktop, and a full-size fridge freezer, with bar stool seating for five along the island. The adjoining dining area seats eight at an oval timber table beneath a bank of skylights that runs the length of the stairwell, flooding the ground floor with natural light. Through the folding glass doors from the living area, the deck continues the flow outside: a Gozney pizza oven and a hot plate, a table for six, and a bench seat running the length of the yard. The pool sits alongside the deck, and a freestanding cedar sauna with its own outdoor shower is tucked into the corner of the garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, with a private balcony framed by bougainvillea, and an ensuite with a bath and separate shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and built-in storage beneath the roofline, and shares a second bathroom on this level with a full bathtub. On the ground floor, two further bedrooms sit off the entry: one with two single beds and a wall-mounted TV, the other with a queen bed, desk and TV. Both share a third bathroom on this level, fitted with a walk-in shower.
At the front of the home, a spacious front yard leads to the entrance, with a driveaway off-street parking for one vehicle.
North Bondi offers a quieter, more residential side of the Bondi coastline, with the beach, coastal walks and local cafés and restaurants within easy reach. The surrounding streets offer a relaxed village atmosphere, with established favourites such as Shuk Bondi, Cafe Bondi and Porch and Parlour nearby, while North Bondi Fish and Icebergs provide destination dining by the water. Local grocers and everyday amenities are also close at hand, with regular bus services connecting the area to Bondi Junction and the CBD.

Home Truths
- There is one parking space in the driveway (not the undercover garage). This space has limited size, so please ensure you do not block the pathway when parking. Unauthorized parking may result in council fines.
- The main bedroom and bedroom 4 are located upstairs. Please be mindful of this if you have mobility concerns or difficulty with stairs.
