Our house is within a historical flat built in the 80's. (One of the earliest flat built in Penang). By living here, guests will experience an authentic local Penang home right in the heart of Georgetown City Center.
It would be perfect for families, groups of friends or business travelers - all are welcome!
Entire house includes :

- 2 Bedrooms (both equipped with Air-Condition)
- Kitchen (Kitchen stove is not available for use. However an electric cooker for heating up and steam food is provided.)
- Bathrooms (shower room and water closet are separated area).

-3 min walk to 7-Eleven (24/7 Convenience chain store)
-3 min walk to New World Park (local food stall center) and Nagore Square (chilling area with cafe, restaurants and nightlife)
-3 min walk to bus stop at Transfer Road and Burmah Road (public transport)
-7 min walk to Kimberly Street (Authentic local food stalls)
-9 min walk to Komtar (shopping malls & transport hub)
-15 min walk to Lebuh Armenian (Street Art Collection)
Local convenience stores (9am-9pm daily) and a coffee shop are available at the ground floor of the flat.
PARKING CONDITION
We do not provide parking space.
However, public parking lots are available along the roads surrounding our flat (RM0.40 per 30 minutes for 8am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Free on Sunday).
Alternatively, there are more parking spaces available at Tune Hotel car park (RM1 per hour and no charge after 6 hours), and New World Park car park. All of them are 3 minutes walking distance away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The building and environment itself may look dated and sometimes not well maintained, but we continuously put our highest effort into the house itself to make sure you have a comfortable and pleasant night.
Our house has CCTV (only 1) facing the main entrance door only for safety purposes.
