A wall of large windows and slider to the wrap around deck brings the outside in! There is a half bath and large pantry off this area. Primary king bedroom with full ensuite bath with twin vanities, extra large tub, dual head walk in glass doored double shower. South wing has second king bedroom, guest room w/full size, and 3rd guest bunk room w/4 twin beds in bunk formation for the kiddies. Second full bath w/ double vanities, tub/shower, and a large laundry room finish this wing. Expansive deck has sitting and dining areas (dining table sits a large family!) to enjoy all this coveted location has to offer! Rental includes apartment over garage w/deck and beautiful views, queen bedroom w/ TV sitting area, full wet bar w/ counter and stools, full bath. Both are fully AC, has ceiling fans in all rooms. Kitchen w/range, microwave, refrigerator, DW, drip-coffee maker (apartment has under counter refrig, microwave, coffee maker). Washer, Dryer in large laundry room, outside shower.
