Positive: All aspects are not bad! Especially, the location is quite convenient for exploring the street and is not too far from the station, so one can approach it by simply walking from the station.

Negative: 1. The locker room is on a different floor from the capsule. 2. The mixed use of the locker room and the changing room for the public bath. 3. The changing room is again not on the same floor with the public bath.... 4. The public toilet is somehow dirty, and it doesn't seem to be consistently cleaned. 5. The program of using different functions is really unclear, and nobody could explain it clearly.

Summary: a place provides all the basic conditions you need to stay one or two nights during a business trip
