Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We felt very relaxed and comfortable to stay there mostly because of the services provided by the Hotel Manager Tom Lim , his professionalism just outstanding , especially his warm , friendly , humble and helpful attitudes , he personally helping us to get a Taxi , carrying our luggage and guided us making sure we safe to leave , I had been staying with so many hotels , he was the first Manager I met had demonstrated his caring to the clients , we were very impressed , many thanks to rest of the Hotel staffs , like Jordon as well as front deck girls , they making us feel like home during our staying , I certainly would like to recommend my friends to stay there if they happen to visit Guangzhou in the future

Negative: The only concern I have is very inconvenient to get to the hotel entrance by Taxi because the route is restricted and the taxi couldn’t get to the front has to go to underground parking to get access to the hotel lobby , would like to see if they could make improvement in the future , other than that , everything is good in all areas

Summary: Like I said , we were very happy to stay there , everything is so convenient to get around , eateries and shopping just
