Cost of Qurbani is not included in the tour cost.
The date of departure will be intimated to each pilgrim 8 days in advance and hence no cancellation of seat will be entertained there after.
Our package includes return Airfare, Haj Visa, stay through out the period of Haj, fees of the Moallim local transportation during Haj, food & ziyarat of holy places in Madina Munawarah & Makkah Mukarrama.
Transportation from Azizia to Haram Shareef is not included in the tour cost. Hajees themselves have to bear the Transportation.
Your Luggage should not exceeds 30 kgs In case of more luggage you will have to pay SR 52 per kg.
ASIAN TOURS AND TRAVELS accepts no responsibility for losses, injury, damage, accident, additional expenses due to delay of flights, or misconception of flights, sickness, weather, strike, war quarantine breakdown transport, or the closure of Airport due to war, etc.
Pilgrims will be subjected to laws of India and local laws of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any increase in airfare, or any new tax imposed by either government or increase in Moallim fees will be borne by the pilgrim. Last year airfare was 60,000/- , Moallim fees SAR 1089+650 and Saudi Riyal is Rs. 18
Cancellation of seat for Umrah-2016 can be entertained subject to the following conditions:
If the seat is cancelled before 20 days from the date of departure Rs. 8000/- will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded.
If the seat is cancelled after Mofa receiving Rs. 10,000/- will be deducted
If the seat is cancelled after visa stamping only air fair amount out of Total Tour expenses will be returned to Haji after deducting Rs. 6000 (Ticket refund charge) and balance amount will be refunded after 2 month from the of Group.
Cancellation of seat for Hajj 2017 can be entertained subject to the following condition:
If seat is cancelled before 05th May 2017, Rs 15,000/- will be deducted.
If seat is cancelled before 05th June 2017. Rs 20,000/- will be deducted.
If seat is cancelled before 02nd July 2017. Rs 40,000/- will be deducted.
If seat is cancelled after receiving barcode from Saudi Government and Haji gives replacement for Haji only 55000/- will be deducted ( Replacement must be given on or before 20th July 2017), if barcode is received and no replacement is given by Haji, only 40,000/- will be returned after Haj, whether visa stamped or not.
If Haji dies during Hajj at Makkah or Madina, no refund will be made and he/she will be buried according to Saudi Government law, and his belongings will be returned to his/her heirs.
For 2 bed and 3 bed room accommodation in Makkah & Madina, if available, will be charged extra as applicable.
As a practical difficulty we do not allow any Haji to change the itinerary of the program fixed by us. In case of unavoidable circumstances, if one has to do that all the expenses has to be borne by that Haji, if Saudi Law and authorities permits.
The Jurisdiction of any dispute shall be at Mumbai Courts.
Our last date of full and final payment for Hajj 2017 is 01st June 2017, payment after this date will be accepted with penalty of Rs 5000/- and if any discount is given will be forfeited.
For all the payments, cheque should be drawn in favor of Asian Tours and Travels Mumbai.
